The reason why I started to be vegetarian, was actually a serie of different reasons. Mainly because when I was a kid, I used to live around farm animals, so I had by first-hand that sad experience when the animals I used to live with were killed 🙁 I also started developing digestive health and skin problems; and finally, I started working at an Environmental ONG, so I researched and found additional information, about the benefits for the body, animals and environment on a vegetarian diet.
